THE K6™ PLA CF10 is a high strength modified PLA – based carbon fiber composite. The modified material has excellent strength both in molded or printed pieces. The tensile strength and impact strength of molded parts can be more than 1.5 times of that of raw materials. The impact strength is more than 2 times that of the raw materials, and the notch impact strength is more than 3 times that of the raw materials. In addition, it also retains the advantages of inwarping and high adhesion between layers when PLA is printed. Suitable for printing structural parts and other models with higher engineering performance requirements.
Carbon Fiber Reinforced
It is filled with about 10% carbon fiber, which enhances the strength and rigidity of the PLA material. It makes the application of PLA broaden to engineering plastic applications and is an entry-level carbon fiber composite material suitable for small-lot manufacturing of end-use parts.
